HRC BANJA LUKA
The center has been established in July1999, has two
employees and is presently facing a big problem concerning
the space. The space of 110 square meters allocated
by the Faculty of Law needs urgent re-adaptation and
renovation. In addition to the space problem there is
a need of more staff but due to the space restrictions,
no more collaborators can be employed. The HRC-Banja
Luka has been involved in an increasing number of projects
and has been diversifying the scope of its activities
with a satisfactory pace.
HRC PODGORICA
This center was established in May 2000when the founding
decision was taken. The Director and the Program Officer

from both universities East and West are represented
in the Steering Board. The Center is working in the
central zone of the city in an office provided by the
Council of Europe, the HRC-Mostar co-founding partner.
The Council of Europe also covers the running costs
of the Center as well as the post of a documentalist.
HRC PRISHTINA
The Center was established in December2000 and it is
located within the Faculty of Law whose Dean helped
a lot for it sestablishment. The Law faculty provided
the space for the HRC which, however, needs renovation

NGOs) and five representatives ofthe international community
