HRC-NET newsletter is one of the measures of communication and discussion as well as dissemination of information on the networks activities. Three issues have been published so far, two regular and one special edition covering only the summer school in Milocer. All the issues were edited and printed in Graz. However, the fourth as well as all other issues will be edited and printed in Sarajevo, as a result of transferring the responsibilities from international to regional coordinator of the network. The first two issues aimed primarily at presenting and introducing the Centers and their activities to the public, since the network was new, but the next issues started covering current problems and events in the field of protection of human rights and democracy In each one of them every Center contributed with one or more articles, the official web was advertised and calendar of future activities was published. In every issue there was also a list of HRC-NET partners including all the addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of the Centers and their employees, in order to make the procedure of contacting the Centers for students and interested institutions more simple.

The list for distribution of the newsletter is covering the whole human rights community in the countries concerned and cooperating partners outside.
